Organization Settings
An organization's settings are managed in Control Center, and cover the organization's own details and coordination behavior, its members and their access, the business entities it operates under, its external integrations, and its operational statistics.
Any member can view these settings. Editing requires the Admin or Owner role.
RSOs are configured separately, in Asset Management, covering RSOs, ephemeris, and orbit determination.
Organization
Enterprise Details
The organization's legal entity name, website, and country of incorporation. Product tier reflects the current subscription and is set by Kayhan Space.
Operator Contact Information
The name, email, and phone number shown to other operators during a conjunction event involving one of the organization's RSOs. Email is required for coordination on high-risk conjunctions; phone is optional.

Risk Levels
The organization's conjunction event risk levels, the CDM each conjunction event is measured against, and how long a conjunction event keeps its risk level once CDMs stop arriving.
Mitigation Action Thresholds
The threshold that mitigation planning and recommendations are evaluated against, and the Maneuver Designer autogeneration settings beneath it.
| Setting | Description |
|---|---|
| Mitigation planning threshold | A configured risk level, or Custom with its own Match, Pc, MD total, MD radial, and Lead time before TCA in hours |
| Autogenerate maneuver trade spaces | Enables automatic tradespace generation. The remaining settings apply only while this is on |
| Generate recommended COLA maneuvers | Adds suggested maneuvers to each generated tradespace, for Impulsive tradespaces only |
| Skip autogeneration when the secondary is autonomous | Suppresses generation against autonomously maneuvering secondaries |
| Include autonomous secondaries in aggregated risk metrics | Whether those secondaries contribute to aggregate risk metrics |
The four Maneuver designer autogeneration settings require Satcat Operations Pro.
Recommendations are evaluated on Pc and lead time. The MD total and MD radial values on the threshold are not used when Satcat evaluates a CDM action recommendation.
Referencing a risk level keeps maneuver automation aligned with conjunction event severity as risk thresholds change.

Data Privacy
What the organization shares across Satcat's Space Traffic Coordination network. These settings apply organization-wide and take effect when changed, with no separate save.
| Setting | Description |
|---|---|
| Show in Operator Directory | Enables other operators to contact your organization |
| Participate in conjunction event coordination | Allows the organization to receive and share intent status and derived data |
| Publish uploaded OPERATIONAL ephemeris to repository | Operator access to your uploaded ephemerides in Catalog Data |
Where publishing is enabled, other operators can use the organization's OPERATIONAL ephemeris in their screening jobs.
To learn more, see Data Privacy.
Users
All accounts with access to the organization, showing each member's name, email address, role, last sign-in, and the date they were added.
Invite users adds members by email address, several at a time. Each invited user is assigned a role at invitation. Pending invitations appear in the same list with their role marked as pending, and are visible to Admins and Owners.
Members inherited from a parent organization are managed in that parent organization rather than here.
Role Permissions
Every member holds one of three roles.
| Capability | User | Admin | Owner |
|---|---|---|---|
| View organization settings | Yes | Yes | Yes |
| Access operational tools, screening, and coordination | Yes | Yes | Yes |
| Leave the organization | Yes | Yes | Yes |
| Edit organization settings, risk levels, and mitigation thresholds | No | Yes | Yes |
| Invite users, change roles, remove members | No | Yes | Yes |
Grant the Owner role | No | No | Yes |
Business
The legal entities responsible for operating the organization's RSOs, held as a list of primary businesses and a list of other owned businesses.
Linking a business to a primary business hides it from the Business Directory and attributes its RSOs to the primary entity.
Each business carries its name, internal identifier, country, location, contact email, website, phone, named key people, and an optional CONOPS description. Editing a business requires the Admin or Owner role. Setting which businesses are primary, and removing an owned business, are handled by Kayhan Space.
Integrations
Connections between the organization and external systems. Which integrations appear depends on what is enabled for the organization.
Starlink STC Integration holds the organization's Starlink credential sets, one of which is marked primary, and controls whether uploaded OPERATIONAL ephemeris is screened automatically.
Space-Track holds the Space-Track folder that receives operational ephemeris uploads, and controls whether forwarding is on. Forwarding requires a valid folder identifier.

Stats
Operational statistics for the organization over a selected window: Last 1 Hour, Last 24 Hours, Last 7 Days, Last 30 Days, or a Custom UTC Range.
Two groups are reported. CDM ingestion covers volume over time, Average Space-Track CDM Ingestion Latency, and breakdowns by primary object and by secondary operator. Maneuver Designer activity covers COLA maneuvers, tradespace generations, tradespace and high-fidelity plan runtimes, and tertiary CDMs per tradespace.
Stats are available to organizations with operational stats access enabled.
