Operator Directory

The Operator Directory lists organizations responsible for operating satellites, including both Satcat Operations users and third-party entities. It is accessible under Directory > Operators, and serves as a contact resource for operator-to-operator coordination during active conjunction events.

Contact Information​

Each organization listed includes:

  • Operator name
  • Coordination contact email
  • Title or responsible team
  • Ops phone number (optional)

For Satcat Operations participants, this information is sourced from Organization Settings.

Contact information in the Operator Directory is visible only to authenticated Satcat Operations users. It is not publicly accessible and may not be redistributed.

Coordination Participation​

Operators with Participate in conjunction event coordination enabled will appear with verified contact details and declared risk posture intent during shared conjunction events. These participants can:

  • Exchange mitigation intent
  • View Operational CDMs
  • Access contact details for bilateral coordination

Contacting Non-Participants​

For operators not using Satcat Operations:

  • Contact details are displayed when available from CDM metadata
  • Accuracy and responsiveness may vary
  • Conjunction event pages can be shared externally via link or exported as PDF
  • If coordination fails, contact Kayhan Support for escalation
