Watchlists
A watchlist is a named grouping of objects an organization tracks without owning. Watchlists are personal or shared across the organization, and they are available without an Operations subscription.
Building a Watchlist
Add watchlist creates one, the counterpart to Add constellation for an organization's own RSOs. An object joins through its Add to... option and leaves through Remove from the named watchlist. An object can belong to more than one watchlist.
Reading a Watchlist
A watchlisted object carries no operator ephemeris, so the list reports TLE epoch and TLE age where the RSO list reports ephemeris age. Filtering works the same way, against TLE age rather than ephemeris age.
Watchlists support maneuver detection and TLE-based conjunction alerts. Because the underlying data is a TLE rather than operator ephemeris, conjunction results for watchlisted objects are less accurate than for an organization's own RSOs and carry no planned maneuvers.
