LEOP Service Tiers
Satcat LEOP services are available in three tiers to support a range of mission needs from basic support to integrated tracking and anomaly response. Each tier corresponds to the level of custody assurance required during early mission operations.

LEOP Essentials
Intended for experienced operators with established internal processes and contingency plans.
Includes:
- Access to Satcat Operations
- Initial deployment data delivery
- Ephemeris handling and asset cataloging support
This tier does not support telemetry ingestion or ongoing data deliveries. Not recommended for first-time missions.
LEOP Pro (Recommended)
Recommended for operators without established OD infrastructure, or in need of a reliable backup system.
Includes:
- All features in Essentials
- Ingestion of O/O telemetry data
- Automated OD products generation
- Daily TLE and OEM deliveries
LEOP Pro + Tracking
For missions requiring third-party tracking and/or emergency anomaly response support.
Includes:
- All features in Pro
- Access to commercial optical and radar tracking
- Tracking data fusion with O/O telemetry
- NEI service coordination (on request)
NEI provider costs are not included and may vary by mission.
Selecting a Tier
LEOP is time-critical. Operators without a structured custody plan may lose custody ~72 hours post-launch. LEOP Pro is recommended for all missions without flight-proven workflows.
